Lettings Services for Tenants

We understand that trying to find a suitable property to rent in Dublin can be exhausting.
it’s an incredibly busy market and nice properties move at speed.

However, if you are well prepared it will help you greatly in the process.

Below are some steps that we hope can help.

Research the areas you might you like to live in. You may want to be within walking distance of the office, so get to know that area. Maybe there will be streets you do like and streets you don’t. Or maybe you want to live close to a park, find out where they are and zone into that area

Maybe its some outside space or maybe you need to able to fit a desk. Whatever it might be make sure you have decided.

1 months rent as a security deposit and one months rent in advance, so make sure you have the funds ready to go.

Although certain agents or Landlords can ask for specific documents 90% of the time you will need a work reference from your employer and a previous Landlord reference (If applicable)

Email rentals@greendoor.ie to find out if we have the perfect property for you or maybe we know of one coming up!

You can choose the areas you would like to live in and Daft will send you alerts anytime a new property comes onto the market.

If you find the perfect property reach out the to the agent or Landlord straight away. Let them a know a little about yourself, a short profile including what you do for work is perfect and let them know you have your references to hand.

Greendoor Property Management - COVID-19 Statement

2019 collection

At Greendoor Property Management we take the outbreak of COVID-19 very seriously. Our main priority at this time is to look after the health & wellbeing of our thousands of residents, our contractors, sub-contractors, office & retail tenants and direct staff. As such we are advising everyone to keep up to date with, and follow, the advice of the HSE and WHO in dealing with this issue. See link to the HSE website: https://www2.hse.ie/conditions/coronavirus/coronavirus.html.

It is up to everyone to play their part in helping to stop the speed of this virus. We have increased cleaning in all of our developments at all door handles, lifts, intercoms, keypads and anywhere else which is used frequently by the public. However, users of our buildings will still need to be vigilant and take all necessary precautions.

All our staff have the ability to work remotely and meetings can be held via conference call or postponed. No staff will be permitted to hold face to face meetings for the time being. We are on hand to deal with all issues as normal but, in order to limit contact with people, we will prioritize emergencies in the first instance. Any non-essential items will be dealt with when it is safe to do so.

Lastly we want to thank everyone for their support. If you are living in one of our developments, are vulnerable and need assistance, please contact us and we will make every effort to help!
