Having already taken into consideration selecting the best possible tenant for your property we aim to only conduct a limited amount of viewings

Even though the job is almost done this is a part that you have to get right. Every tenant must supply a work or financial reference and a landlord reference where applicable along with providing photographic id’s

Our services during this step include

  • Verifying tenant identities and organising tenant referencing
  • Organisation of the drawing up of the lease in line with current legislation and acquiring tenants’ signatures

Once you as the Landlord are happy with the profile of the tenant, we will work at speed to secure them. Generally, tenants will transfer the deposit and first month’s rent alongside electronically singing a lease within 24hrs of an application being processed.

If you have opted for our managed service, you have made the right choice. When we manage your property, our aim is to take all the stress away from you as the Landlord. We will look after absolutely everything, so you don’t have to.
